How to change your reservation.
If you reserved directly with us, please let us know the changes.
If you reserved through other channels (online or offline travel agency, etc.), please contact them and inform them of the changes.
How to add a child to your reservation.
The price depends on your child's age and your desired services.
Please refer to the table below and let us know what you need.
Ages 0-6
- Without dinner / without futon: ¥1,100
- With dinner / without futon: ¥2,200
- With dinner / with futon: ¥3,300
*Breakfast is complimentary
Ages 7-12
- With dinner / with futon: 70% of our adult prices
*Tax included
Ages 13+: the same price as adults

Is there a cancellation charge?
2 to 3 days prior to your stay: 30% of the accommodation fees
1 day prior to your stay: 50% of the accommodation fees
The day of your stay: 100% of the accommodation fees
No show: 100% of the accommodation fees

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes.
We accept VISA / MasterCard / American Express / Diners Club / JCB / UnionPay / etc.
For other cards, please contact us in advance.

Is there a parking lot at the hotel?
Yes, there is a parking lot in front of the main entrance.
Please note that, if the main parking lot is full, our staff may move your car to a nearby designated parking lot.
Is there a parking fee?
No.
Can you call a taxi?
We can arrange a taxi for you if you are departing from our hotel.
Please let our receptionist know during your stay.
We cannot arrange a taxi if you are not departing from our hotel.

Rooms

Do you have a non-smoking room?
No. We use air freshener.
Do you have a non-smoking room?
Yes, but since we have a limited number of non-smoking rooms, we cannot guarantee that we can arrange one for you.
In case we cannot arrange one for you, we will use air freshener.
Is there Wi-Fi in the room?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available in the entire hotel.

Onsen

I do not know how to bathe in an Onsen…
We have a leaflet outlining how to bathe in an Onsen. Please let our receptionist know during your stay if you need one.
I have tattoos. May I still bathe in the Onsen?
You may bathe in the Onsen if you cover up your tattoos using tattoo cover stickers, etc.
Tattoo cover stickers (approximately 10cm × 10cm) are available for sale at the reception.
Is it possible to reserve the Private onsen?
If you are interest, please inquire beforehand.
Please make sure to specify time and which Bathtub you would like to reserve.
*We cannot accept your reservation if the Bathtub has already been reserved.

Cuisine

I am arriving late at night, but would it still be possible to have dinner?
We normally ask our guests to enter the restaurant before 8:00, p.m.
Is the dinner (breakfast) included in the accommodation fees?
If you have reserved one night with two meals, one dinner and one breakfast will be included in the accommodation fees.
Would it be possible to have dinner in the room?
Eating in the guest rooms is absolutely not allowed.
Would it be possible to have dinner in the room?
No, we cannot serve dinner in the room.
If you wish to have dinner somewhere other than the restaurant, please reserve our room or private room plan.
Do you have vegetarian food?
We offer buffet, so feel free to take anything you like.
Do you have vegetarian food?
Yes, but please make sure to contact us beforehand.
Do you serve crab dishes?
We serve no crab dishes at our buffet.
If you would like a crab dish, we will prepare one separately. Please contact us for details.

That depends on which plan you have reserved.

Do you serve non-allergenic food?
We will do our best, but we may not be able to prepare non-allergenic food if we are not given clear instructions.

Are there additional dishes that I can order for dinner?
We have
- Crab meat (snow crab / hair crab / assortment)
- Sashimi (six assorted sashimi / sashimi boat)
- Rice bowl (salmon roe on rice / crab meat on rice).

Other questions

Do you have staff members that speak English?
We have staff members that can speak simple English, but when we have trouble understanding you, we will use a translation machine at the reception.
Please rest assured, as we will connect you to a multilingual call center in case of emergency.
Is there Wi-Fi in your hotel?
Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire hotel.
Are there computers available in your hotel?
We have computers for viewing purposes only at the reception.
Is smoking prohibited in your hotel?
Smoking is prohibited in almost all public spaces. We have designated smoking areas in our hotel where you can smoke.
When is the checkin / checkout time?
Our checkin / checkout time is 3:00 p.m. / 10:00 a.m., respectively.
Is it possible to leave my baggage before checking in or after checking out?
Yes, you may leave your baggage at the reception.
